Motivation and goals:
I burn for continuous improvement of business processes because this gives me the variety that I need in order to enjoy the work I do. High ambitions level and drive makes it easy for me to manage stress. I like to achieve the results and to contribute to completion of common goals. There is no better motivation than to see a team improving and getting things done.
